So the good news is, we’ve got 2 chapters for you this week. Got a chapter of Karate and a chapter of Shibatora.
The bad news is, we don’t have a typesetter for Shibatora anymore. If we don’t get one who’s reliable and gonna stick around to help us out, well, the project will probably get dropped. This will be a huge dissapointment, because we are over halfway done with Shibatora and we have a good cleaner for it at the moment. If you think about it, since Shibatora is finished we are only ever getting closer to finishing off the series, as opposed to say Karate, where we try our best just to keep up with the release schedule in Japan, let alone catch up.

So there you guys have it. If you’re a fan of the series, and you aren’t afraid of spending a couple of hours per chapter on typesetting Shibatora, please apply on our forums!

Anyway, you can get the chapters from our Forums or our Irc Channel, but remember that Shibatora’s days are numbered if we don’t get a Typesetter.

Was a bit of a hassle to get this one done. Cleans weren’t ready on time, and then while QCing I had to redraw a bunch of stuff that was missed out (Those magazine pages in the chapter, yeah, I had to do that while QCing). Not really something you want to be doing when you’re under a hard deadline on the QC, had to be done then or wasn’t going to see a release for another week!

So I hope you all appreciate the effort that is involved in getting out a Karate chapter! So certainly, if you know anyone who could help, please send them our way. We want to get Karate out faster for all, not slower.

Today just a chapter of Karate for the fans. Rounds off the fight between Bertrand and Minami, and we’re heading into the next fight already!

Also, I know I’ve mentioned it heaps in the past, but I’ll mention it again. We really could use more cleaners for Karate, especially if you have good redrawing skill. Karate doesn’t clean itself, and we’d like to get more chapters out (Translations and Typesetting being the easy part), but we can’t do it without the vital cleaners. So if you’ve got the time, give us a helping hand.
